Orders can be cancelled or changed only within 24 hours of being placed.

To change or cancel your order, contact us with your order number and your request, and our customer support team will help you.

If your order has already been processed, it can no longer be cancelled or changed, so please contact us as quickly as possible.
Once your order has shipped, nothing can be changed.

Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.
